Every one have their own ways to face the change of season. Some of them, seasonal changing means new plans for vacation and new wardrobe, but in another side, it also means a signal the start of seasonal allergies. In countries who has two seasons only or more than two, a seasonal allergy is same. Must be prevented very well till they can face trough it.

Some of symptoms that usually we get in seasonal changing are sneezing, wheezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery, red eyes. In one of riset, more than 35 million Americans and more than that number around the world face each year. Many things around us which can be source of these symptoms. Such as trees, grass, flowers, and plants.

There is some recommendation for us to face these problem:

1. Using a herbal medicine / Natural Product

In one research, a group of researchers from Swiss found a conclusion bout herbal care to solve these symptoms. It how just one tablet of butterbur four times in a day was as effective as a popular antihistamine drug in controlling symptoms of hay fever — without the traditional symptom of drowsiness that sometimes occurs.

There are also another herbal supplements proving helpful, they are freeze-dried nettles and a tonic which are made from the herb goldenseal.

2.Using Modern Medicine

Some drug below are recommended by many western doctors and hospitals. . They do this usually in the form of allergy medicine:
• Antihistamines decrease the inflammatory response
• Decongestants constrict mucous membranes to ‘dry’ you up
• Corticosteroids to suppress the immune system

3.Non drug allergy treatments include:

• Immunotherapy – commonly called ‘allergy shots’ but which are also administered under the tongue- for the (generally) multiple allergy triggers. These can take months to years of treatment to be effective, if they are at all.
• Avoidance of the common allergy triggers which are often difficult or impossible to avoid.

But, at fact, in many cases, these steps can not do well. The reason that these seasonal allergy treatments don’t work is that they never try to answer the question of why the immune system is hyper reactive in the first place. Allergic diseases are not truly diseases in and of themselves, but symptoms of underlying imbalance in the body.
